Any suggestions on where to place the circulator for my wood boiler? The boiler will be 100' or so from the house. Would it be prudent to have the circulator in the shed or near the oil boiler in the basement, which is where the water supply for the system is, as well as the lowest point in the whoel boiler system.

Having it in the house is probably best, simply from a maintenance standpoint.
Make sure to use isolation flanges, so you don't have to drain the pex line to replace the circulator.
