I scrape out the burn pot with every new bag that I pour in. I do the deep clean once a year.

I only run it in the mornings, maybe a total of 4 hours. Do I have to clean it every day. I run it on 1. The info on the lid says once a week.
short answer, No. every other week would be fine running that small time frame. but should scrape the burnpot sooner like few x per week.

I run mine every day to warm up the basement after dinner. It only runs for about 3 hours. At a minimum, I clear the burn pot out. Every 2nd or third day I will add vacuuming the burn pot, and cleaning the glass. I don't plan on a big clean until the fall. If it fails to ignite, I may have to clean the igniter box. If for some reason the ash box fills up, I will do a bigger clean, but not the vent pipe.

I scrape and vacuum, every day I use it.

I took the cover off the ignitor box, stuck my fingers in and not a thing in it. 🤗

I heated up a vacuum nozzle to put a bend in it. Then I vacuum it out. I try to vacuum out the very first rows of holes on the burn pot every day I clean the glass. Not sure if I am actually sucking up any dust though.
