Cleaning horizontal pipe

I am going to run a brush up the vertical runof pipe outside, but I have a short length that runs horizontally from the stove through the wall. How does everyone go about cleaning that peice without gravity to help? I live close to my neighbors and want to avoid the leaf blower trick.

Do you have a cleanout? I usually open my cleanout and bend the flexible rod and push it in until I get resistance. The leaf blower trick generates soot etc but you would have to be really close to someones house. I suggest doing it while there out if your worried about it.
