Did a complete cleaning, put the stove back in place, since then combustion fan is much louder then it was before. Any suggestion how to fix the problem?
 
Did you bend a fin on the fan which is now striking metal? May need to isolate the culprit fin if that is your sound (metallic) and carefully bend it back.
 
I don't think so, but I'm taking it apart tomorrow. Would you think it being out of balance may cause this?
 
Out of balance causes vibrations. Bent fin might contact the housing making a scraping or squeal at full speed.
