When I start the unit everything works as it should except the auger will turn for about 15 secs and then turn off and not come back on. I tried starting in safe mode with Limit and vacuum disabled, same thing.. Tried jumping vacuum switch wiring. Took pellets out of bin and made sure auger was not plugged. This was just after I deep cleaned it so I am puzzled if it could be something I did or coincidence. I checked wiring were I was cleaning, got me puzzled. Went thru all the company videos and am stumped to where to go. When I go into diagnostics to turn auger on it does same thing.

Is there a hopper lid switch? Is it working? Does the auger turn freely hp22 has a problem with fines collecting at the bottom of the auger shaft

I took all pellets out of bin and vacuumed all fines and pellets, auger was loose, took both cleanout lids off and vacuumed, took cleanout of chimney bottom and vacuumed. I ran the auger power test and could feed pellets continuously and partially fill pot. I ran ignition and got a few pellets fed initially, it lit as normal and had a strong flame, about the time you would expect more pellets to feed, it would not and fire would eventually go out. Tried running in safe mode vacuum and limit, the same. Tried manual operation vs temp which I normally run, no difference. Lid switch is working according to diagnostics.

Starting to sound like a control card issue

Or a proof of fire. Check the manual for location (should be near the exhaust blower motor) and jump it. Unplug before pulling wires. Then see if the stove runs correctly.
