But I hope you won't be using the steam condensate for anything that will be consumed by humans or animals. Yes it will be "Distilled water" but if the boiler has ever had water treatment chemicals in it or the piping has been in service long enough to degrade you will be leeching unwanted, possibly harmful, particulate into the water.

I wanted to fully run the numbers. Prior to answering you. As our BFW (boiler feed water) anticipated content value (Alkaline from wood pallet ,used carton boxes and dried coconut shelves). NO abrasive chemicals...as this BFM ideal in alkaline properties; for purification of beef tallow. Prep for soap making. It will LOWER the salt value we presently use, in our present processing. As well no fresh water. As it will be VERY effective to remove the left in blood, meat particles etc in the tallow. As we prepare for via boiling; to add sodium hydroxide. To prepare and preserve fresh " sodium tallowate" for soap bar making. Cheers and thanks again
