Has anybody gotten the burner box retrofit kit for one of their BBQ's? The support rails for the heat shields have rotted off right through the tub. Cuisinart says they have a retrofit kit but will not give me a price unless i call with a CC#. I spent good money on this BBQ and it was the only one that Canadian tire had with a lifetime warranty on everything and that is the reason i spent the extra money and got it. Needless to say the next season the same BBQ did not have the lifetime warranty and they refuse to warranty it and i seem to have misplaced the manual with the receipt stapled to inside cover. Not that it should matter as it was registered for warranty the same day i bought it. Trying to find a pic of this kit as im sure i cab build one way cheaper than what they are going to try and sell this for.
