I don't know where the fuse is in the pellet stove and need to understand why the pellets are not completely turning to ash as they have been in the past. Because of this, ash drawer fills very fast in 3-4 days as opposed to two weeks like it had before. Need to know how to make sure this does not keep happening. This is a new stove for me andd I bought it in barely used condition. Thank you.

The fuse is on the control board. Make sure you unplug the stove and disconnect the terminals from the battery (if you have the battery installed) so the board has no power when you replace the fuse. There are 3 fuses on the board. If you go to the Paromax web site you can download the owners manual as well for additional help. Sounds like your ash extraction has stopped which could explain why you are getting a lot of unburied pellets in the ash pan.
Thank you very much for your reply.. I just found the other two fuses and one of the other two is blown. I believe that the fuse blew because the ash built up faster than the previous and I should earlier. I've had the air on 20 and it seems like I need to dial it back to 10 and I have been running between 4 and 5 for the heat. I am not sure where the humidity gauge should read at optimal stove functioning. Do you have one of these stoves and do you like it? We are hoping we did not make a mistake on our purchase.
Yes I do like the stove, however the learning curve is higher on these stoves than most because of the gasification technology. The single most important thing to learn how to use the stove properly is controlling the fuel bed height and there are several factors that can contribute to this. Can you take a pic of the control board and post it?
