Why is my black plate moving & falling behind the burn pot. It has been cleaned completely. The buildup pushes it to the point it falls. Thanks for your input!

theres one concave flame guid which seems to work best in the Accentra....most dealers should have it in stock. Theres also a new retainer apparatus to hold the flame guide in place.....it bolts to the top two bolts on the burn pot....unfortuately, Im at home and dont have access to part numbers......
