That's bulls**t. I used to buy some pellets from them and NEVER had any "fuel charge".
I'd call them on it....contact HD headquarters.
Just one more reason to NOT buy anything from HD. I only go to Lowes now.

Lowes across the street had cheat river and HD had stove chow. Went with what I thought was the better pellet.

Call corporate, That should get some solid answers and likely some action if you are being giving a line of bull poopy .
Petemal, Thats what they told me the second time, 2.5%, The third time was $5 per ton. Im still looking into it.
