Need a little help here. I have a new wood stove here and need to run a double wall pipe up and out. The duravent double wall to stove adapter I fell doesn't fit right. The adapter pipe fits over the flue but the crimped inner ring bottoms out on the bolt holders in the flue that bolt down to the wood stove. It doesn't seem to create an air tight seal.

What stove model is this for? Does the DVL fit the flue collar snugly without the adapter? What are the ID and OD of the flue collar?

Mine was DSP, not DVL, but I trimmed the crimped section down to allow it to set all the way down. The crimped section is also wider at the top, and it snugged up.

Mine sits loosely in the stove collar too, unless I feel like notching out some spots to make it sit deeper. I just used a bead of furnace cement the tighten it up and figure the other end going into the flue will hold it all into place.
