Drolet 65 pellet stove ignition problem
It throughs a L code now and then. It smokes like it should start but does not get hot enough to lite, then it through the code. When it does light it takes about 20 to 30 min for it to finally light. Also today while it was running it also through the code.
It has the new lighter kit in it and a new lighting rod but it is one of the aftermarket ones. I have gone through the testing before and everything checked out.
I do have a new factory lighting rod coming. But that does not explain the L code coming on with the stove already lite.
Thanks
Dave

This could be why you get the code after lighting
The thermistor heat sensor has malfunctioned. The thermistor is a heat sensor located on the exhaust housing. Its function is to tell the control board that the unit has ignited properly by measuring the heat in the exhaust. The pellet stove will not start feeding pellets at the desired heat setting until it has received a signal from the thermistor heat sensor. If the thermistor heat sensor is bad, the unit will stop after the ignition cycle. If this situation occurs, call your dealer or technician.

The no fire could be a lack of combustion air flowing past the igniter (Dirty Stove)
