I installed a droulet heat pack 198,000 btu . no matter how hot I run it the air comes out luke warm at best. Is there any way to boost the heat ? Also the air intake is either open or closed no in between.

What speed is the blower set to run at?
What is your draft set at?
Is the baffle in place?
What is the temp of the return air?
Is your wood dry? How long has it been cut/split/stacked?
