I was inspecting a 68 year old home which has a Duo Heet wood furnace installed. Small plate with limited information. Does anyone have any information on installation requirements for this furnace?

I tried searching - nothing is coming up at all on that company. Your only chance is someone with the manual.
Maybe it's tucked away near the furnace? You might need the approval too. They had pretty slack nameplate rules
back then.

Thanks for reply. I am pretty sure unit would not meet clearance requirements for ducts. Just wanted to check just in case someone had the info. Due diligence etc.
I have tried myself to get older stoves/venting approved and ended up having to but new in. The insurance companies and their underwriters are really on top of things now. Good luck PS - used to live/work in Collingwood
