Duravent 4” twist lock cap & tee

Looking for those older style vent parts installed in 2009, from Canadian source if possible.
My local stove store can’t seem to source those.
Just a poor sceal at one joint, otherwise stainless is still in pristine condition!
Manufacturer is Simpson.
