I bought a house with an older Earth Stove Model TG40 (maybe 10 years old) freestanding gas stove. From looking around, it seems that this company doesnt exist anymore.

The problem I have is that the gas level control knob has been disconnected from the controller and I have no idea how to fix or or find someone who can service it. Can anyone help?

Call a Lennox hearth products dealer. They bought earthstove a few years back, gutted the line and then finally put it out of it's misery earlier this year. You can still get parts for them.
