True Value hardware has Lignetics hardwood pellets for...may want to sit down for this...$425/ton!!!!!(or $8.99/bag)

For that price you would do better burning dollar bills!!

I got 3 ton of Spruce Points for $289/ton this year from Ace/True Value in Norwich thanks to a heads up on here. When the guy was loading me up, he said they must have paid way too much for those Lignetics since they are selling them for so much. The Spruce Points were right in line with BT and Blakesly, but the Lignetics are insanely expensive at Ace.

TSC in Saybrook has rebagged Lignetics for $264/ton. The 100% Hardwood Pellets in the red TSC bags. They won't sell em by the bag though, just by the ton.

Sounds like the True value guy's looking for early retirement or going out of business ..
