This unit was running great last season.
This year it will start and run on starter fluid.......
Cleaned the carb more times than I want admit .

New carb .. now it will run but will not warm enough to take the choke off.
I bought 50:1 premixed fuel , thinking it was bad gas.
Cleaned fuel filter , fuel lines ...
I'm Ugggg stumped
Replace the Fuel lines next ?

Check muffler screen for clogging. New fuel lines and pickup. New Purge bulb (if equipped).
And use fuel mix instead of ether spray. Don't wash lube off piston and cyl.

If it won't run without choke, it's running very lean. Be careful that you don't burn it up.

Look for some place that the fuel system is picking up air (primer bulb?). Check the intake strainer in the gas tank if it has one. Does the fuel filter flow better one way than the other? Retune the carb.

I'd also check the plug, air filter, and muffler as a matter of course, but it sounds like you have a gas problem, not an air or spark problem.

I installed a fuel kit ( new lines,filters,etc.)
First pull ....
So ... new carb , premixed fuel, new fuel lines .. good for a while..
