Help? My PAH feeds minimal pellets into the burn pot. Settings all good, clean stove, motors good, etc.

The auger turns at a normal rate, but doesn’t seem to move pellets through the tube efficiently. Auger rotates-no pellets, rotates-no pellets, rotates- couple pellets, rotates-nothing .... repeat.

No jams, no fines, no bueno. Flame will practically die out, occasionally burn a little higher than the pot and then drop back down to almost nothing, due to lack of fuel. It’s like the pellets move up the tube and then vanish. Normal sized pellets, mid range quality (box store), t-stat controlled. I’ve had the auger out, tried with and without set screw in coupler, different feed rates, different amounts of pellets in hopper to change weight load. It gets the temp up in the house for now because, well, it’s still warmish out, but winter’s coming!!

Any ideas?
