The burn pot in my Englander pellet stove keeps over filling causing us to keep shutting it down to clean it out and restart it. Tried everything and nothing works, please help.

1 - Is the stove new or used?

2 - Please explain your vent configuration.

3 - How many bags have you burned so far?

4 - What brand of pellets are you burning?

5 - When was the last time the stove had a COMPLETE cleaning (pull blowers, used compressed air/leaf blower method, etc.)

It came with the house we are renting. We had it completely cleaned by a stove guy before we starstarted using it. We use it on a daily basis, we just have an issue with having to clean out the burn pot a couple times a day. It will get so filled up that the flames will go up the Pellet chute and jam up and the stove shuts down. We try not to let it get to that point.

You more than likely have a dirty stove/vent and air flow issue. Everyone has a different definition of a completely cleaned stove. Were you there when the tech did a cleaning? If so, what did he do exactly?

Please answer #3.

Has the stove been acting like this since you've been using it?

We burn about 1 bag a day. Yes I was here when he cleaned it. Just started doing it about a month ago. We have been using the stove for a couple months

If they are burning a bag a day for a couple months without a complete cleaning, it's over due....although the NA pellets are average at best IMO.

One quick thing you can check is the OAK (outside air kit 2" flex vent connected behind the stove)...assuming it is connected to the stove....check the inlet on the outside of the house and make sure it isn't clogged up with anything.

Looks something like this:

Can you post a pic of the entire vent setup, inside and outside the house?

Don't forget to check the inlet of the OAK and make sure it isn't clogged with anything.

Here is the manual for your stove. I would suggest reading this front to back at least 2x just to give you an idea of things.
