MAKE SURE- you start with a cold stove.
Unplug,plug back in,then quickly get to stove and press blower up/down at same time andrerlease quickly,then use up down arrow on heat range to get "C".

I find "C" is much hotter- good luck- hope this helps

Yes I figured it out and thank you. "c" mode is way hotter!
