My 10-CPM pot stirrer stopped stirring sometime last night. I've gone through 1.5 tons of FSU thus far (a bit ashy but the hottest pellets I've burned in my brief 3 years). Things were going great thus far (needed to empty the ash bin 3 times but ok with that). I called Englander service this morning and had to wait an entire 11 minutes for a tech. He asked a few questions, walked me through a process that took 3 minutes and life was good. A 14 minute service call - perhaps Englander can work on that
