so recently my auger started squealing even after the tube has been cleaned at front portion.. i added some dry graphite as suggested on this website and the squeling has stopped but now theres a clicking sound every 30 seconds or so and is loud somtimes and quiet others.. also can someone show me a good walk thru on how to remove auger and realighn it. 25pvdc is my system and its 5 months old, thanks

Haven't tried taking my auger out, but I would guess you remove the motor and then unbolt the bearing block in the back.

I dunno how to do that, sounds like i may have to call englander for a walk thru... not even four months old
Take out the screws holding the back on. Unplug the stove. Find the lower motor and remove it. Unbolt and pull out the lower auger.

Square headed bolts? Grease zerks that are unreachable without disassembley.. great stuff here lol.. welp im just waiting on a 90 degree coupler for my grease gun to come in mail

Lol yeah i rotated my bearing blocks so i could get to them easyer.
 
I would give Englander a call anyway, if the stove is only 6 months old it is still under warranty and you might have a dodgy part.
 
My bottom auger had a lot of build up on the pipe itself and the auger exposed to the firebox. Chipped it away with a large flat head screwdriver and light hammering and the scraping/squealing noise stopped. Didn't realize how much had built up until I took a good look with a strong flashlight.
