Want to remove both upper and lower firebrick baffles before cleaning my chimney, but it's not immediately obvious how best to do this. Any tips out there? Thank you so much!
 
This came up several years ago. No response from Englander, but this is the user report

It might be easier and safer for the baffles to lift the stovepipe up off the stove and clean that way.
 
Thanks so much for finding that! It's apparently just kind've a wonky design flaw. I'll do as you suggest and try lifting the single-wall section off of the stove. Thanks again, begreen!
