Enviro EV5 Fans turn off when powered off.

Hello

When I turn off my stove the fans turn off emediatly and I am getting smoke in the house. The fans won’t continue to run until the stove cools down. Does any one know what would cause this?

Here is the teck manual for Enviro stoves
Possible fan controller ( timer control , Phase Controller ).
or temp switch.

Before just replacing parts try jumping the 2 wires and test to see if it works OK
