I have an Enviro Meridian insert that I run 24/7.

Is there any way to increase the hopper size on this stove?

I have plenty of room inside my fireplace for expansion, just not sure if it can be done.

I love the stove, but the roughly 60 lb capacity is the only drawback to this stove.

Any ideas?

I would have bought a free standing unit, but didn't have the floorspace for one.

You could extend the adjustable hopper more with sheetmetal
but it would not do any good because you would be taller than the hole to fill the stove
Unless you got tricky and put a drop down shoot in the TOP panel to drop pellets into the hopper.
