enviro m55 ci cannot program thermostat.

I have an enviro m55ci and cannot program skytech 3301p wireless thermostat. I have no idea what im doing wrong. Any info or complete steps would be appreciated.

I have the 5301 and i think it might be similar. I think all you got to do is put the transmitter box switch to remote, then press the program or learn button (which you might need a small screwdriver to get inside and press it) to learn and program the wireless remote tstat.
