I have seen numerous posts regarding EPA qualifications for the 26% rebate, but all of the databases posted/referred to are solely for wood stoves. Is there a database for wood fireplace inserts? I'm in the process of getting quotes for an install and this rebate could be a game-changer.

The EPA database covers wood stoves and wood inserts. Do you mean wood burning zero clearance fireplaces? If so, there is only one so far that qualifies for the new tax credit, the IHP Montecito Estate CAT.
