Essex 1000 Brick Wear

Hi All.

I have an essex 1000 Multifuel And I am wondering if My bricks are Worn out or not Can someone give me an idea of how many holes they have and what size the holes are?

For those of you that have replaced the bricks. How often do you replace them?
Are there newer versions of the bricks that have replacable nozles?

Does anyone make there own?

there are 4 holes in the refractory. I take refractory cement and skim coat it before the heating season just to protect the refractory.
