Interesting. Their business address is an office building in downtown Milwaukee. Guaranteed, no pellets are being shipped from there. They only accept payment via direct deposit and wire transfer, no credit cards -- so there's no option to dispute payment if the deal falls through. The site says they're working to make credit card payment available, but I've seen handymen accept payment by credit card using a phone.
They claim to have production facilities in the Southeast but don't say exactly where. And they ship pellets by the ton to retail customers for free.
