Fair price for used Regency GF55

Hello,

I have a Regency Greenfire GF55 pellet stove. I barely used it the last three years so I would like to sell it. It was used as a primary source of heat for five winters before that. I bought the stove new and its currently in good condition.

What is a reasonable price to sell this stove? It seems to retail at around $4500 right now, so I was thinking about selling for $1,500 - $2,000. I haven't found many used listings for it online.

After many years of buying and refurbishing used stoves . I have found
that the market is whatever the customer will pay . Some years, a lot; some years not so much.
Ask 2000$ and see what kind of response you get. Just be aware that most people want to haggle

Set your add up showing a new one with the $4500 price then pictures of yours with your asking price. If yours is still installed part of the add could mention that a live demonstration of the stove running is available. A picture of the owners/installation manual should also be included in the add assuming you have the original documentation.
