Recently, a customer has come into the store with some problems he's been having on his (Magnum) Baby Countryside (corn/pellet). We've spoken with the manufacturer about the problem, and they suggested performing a "feed test" on the stove, which neither myself nor the customer are familiar with.

My question/post is twofold:

1) Has anyone had bad experiences with Baby Countrysides? If so, what was wrong?

2) Does anyone know how to perform a "feed test" on a corn/pellet stove? If so, How?

:Thank you all very much in your consideration and time.
