I pressurized the load side of the HX to distribute to all other manifolds.

Looks awesome. What is your lowest usable water temp for your forced air zone?
I have to think...@ 135F the aquastat activates the cube relay which diverts the TT signal back to the gas burner. In the same instance the diverter valve is closing too controlled by the switching relay which cools off the coil and the ETC sense that and shuts down the fan.

I'll have to pull out the wiring schematics I drew up.

At 135* how often do you have to fire the garn to maintain temperature?
 
I know this an old post but I'm currently installing a Garn 2000 and I'm looking for plumbing ideas.

@ Brad068 how are things working for you?
