Anyone have any dealings with this company? It appears they're a chain.

I think they are a chain run by a distributor. If its Fireside Distributors, which I think it is, they have always been a fine company for me to deal with.

They are a chain. Not part of fireside dist. or fireside america. They are part of Hearth and Home Technologies. They own their product line Heat n Glo,Heatilator,Quadra fire,Harmon.

I deal with fireside from time to time ;)

I thought the Louisville store closed? Unless that other dealer down there that was across the street is now called Fireside?

The second fireside link Magnaflex posted is correct, http://www.fireside.com/consumer/aboutUs/index.asp but not the name he put after it.

Not sure about Louisville, I live in Northern KY and there's a store in Florence and another just over the river in Cincinnati.

As far as I know, those are not corporately owned Fireside locations, they must be alliance partners (kind of like a franchise). Ahhh there is a link to their site on the dealer locator. (broken link removed) So yeah, sounds like they used to be "IPS (Installed Products & Services)" and now they partnered with Fireside.

Anyway... did you have a question? You didn't really ask anything specific.
