I even tried closing it easy so that i don't knock it out of whack but i look in back and sure enough it's open on 1 end about 1/2".Any ideas?

Only had it jump out of the track once, on my SIL's when I closed it too fast. Doesn't it just slide in a groove with gravity holding it in the track? Can't quite remember...
