Greets all!

Tonight was a very exciting night for us. It represented the end of roughly one full year of considering, saving, researching, preparing, building, and finally, for the first time, enjoying.


Here, you see a very special moment, the first small bit of fire this stove has ever seen. The first bit of much in the future.

We celebrated in standard fashion, with wine and sitting in front of the stove for probably 15 minutes.

Nice fire prOvidence. Is this an insert? Stove that sits on the floor? No pics I could find to show the whole thing. The wine and your best companion is the best way to enjoy the fruits of your hard earned labour and money. Stay warm and safe this winter.
