Flame Modulating Remote with Programmable Thermostat

Does such an animal exist?

I have a stove with the GreenSmart system. I'd love to use their flame modulating remote to even out the temp in the room, but there's not way I'm giving up my Skytech with a programmable schedule.

In general would 3rd party modulating thermostats be able to regulate the flame on a GreenSmart stove?
