Flame Shield for Pacific Energy Model Pacific Insert Design-D

Hello!

I'm hoping you can help. We have a Pacific Energy Series D. We need a new flame shield. We've got these numbers:

1. Original Part #WINS.513 (per the manual) but we've been told that this part# is no longer available. and neither can our dealer. Furthermore, we cannot locate the original part dimensions.
2. Then he found SKU 80000397 (summ 31155). Those dimensions are listed as 11.75" x 16".
3. Then we found part number WINS.4513 listed on a spreadsheet, but on FriendlyFires.ca website it says "Pacific Energy Summit Series A, PE Summit Classic Series A and Alderlea T6 Series A wood stoves". We have a Series D.

Does anyone know which is the exact Flame Shield part to buy - where we can buy it?

It looks like you finally identified the insert as the Pacific Series D insert. That is the information we needed. In the 2008 manual for this stove the part is listed as WINS.4513. In 2015, the Pacific insert line got renamed the Super insert line to be consistent with the freestanding model. The 2015 Super - E series takes the same part - WINS.4513. Gotta love PE for keeping parts consistent. So the Super series E shield is what needs to be ordered from your dealer. It should fit the D series. Same part number. In 2020 PE changed the parts numbers. The new part # is 80000653, but it is the same part according to Friendly Fire's website.

Note that the Friendly Fires website does not ship PE parts to the US. However, they correctly list this part for the Medium sized PE - ie, the Super. The part needs to be ordered from a US dealer.
