Quick question for you guys. Is there anything wrong with purchasing a floor model wood stove that has never been used? Potential maintenance issues?

There shouldn't be an issue as long as it was run properly. Our stove was used a floor demo for a season when I got it. That was 16 yrs. ago. No problems.
One thing to check is the warranty. Verify that you will get the full warranty and get this in writing. If not, negotiate the price down.
