New to the pellet stove world. I sure that this has been covered somewhere but I am getting ash on the ground and on the the house. I have a horizontal installation right through the wall into a three foot piece of pipe and into a horizontal termination tee. It’s been running for about 2 weeks. Flame doesn’t appear to be lazy. Is this normal. Any thoughts?
