Looks to me to be very similar to the Labonville's Helmet. The biggest issue with My Labonvilles helmet is that the clips that slide into the slot on helmet arent that well designed to prevent the clip from disengaging. When I go to lift up my muffs and roate them to the stow position on top of the helmet, the entire assembly will slide up and out of the slot. There are supposed to be some studs on the clips to keep this from happening but mine are worn out. The only option which I havent done is put some epoxy in the slots and be done with it.
From a functional point of view it does what it needs to.
