Just bought a house and it has a Lopi Berkshire free-standing gas stove in the basement. I would really like to get a free-standing pellet stove instead.

Can anyone give me an idea of how much the Berkshire is worth?? It looks brand new..........I would guess it's only 5 or less years old.
