GC160 light #4 blinking!

Just had my Hampton GCI60 installed and when I powered up the #4 light blinks after about 5 min. The instructional manual gives some instruction.....if you know a ton about pellet stoves from the get-go. Can anyone give me some clues of where to go? I have checked all fuses, everything is cleaned out, nothing is off as far as connections.
