Google is useless: Please help me ID this stove

Hi,

We're buying a home that has this wood stove in the kitchen. The seller doesn't have a manual for it and I can't find any stove that looks similar with a Google search. I won't have access to the home until May to find labels etc, so I figured I'd see if anyone here knows what type of stove this is/how to use it. Thanks in advance for any guidance on this!

It's a Tempwood by Mohawk Products. This was a decent cheap heater for its day. Clearances don't look proper from what the picture shows.
 
yes and if the wall behind that brick is combustible which it looks like it is you have some pretty serious clearance issues with that install. And the floor protection does not look adequate either
