I went and got this off the side of the road.

When I got home the tree guy had dropped all this red oak.

That is why I help him clean up or haul away every chance I get.

NIce score, Plz keep tabs on the little helper. Curiosity of wood piles could be dangerous.

Thanks, she is not as interested in the wood a she is in running in the woods. She seem to run more than any of the other kids. We do watch her close, she is not afraid of anything. Grampy's girl.

JTRock, where you out of? I'm between Norwich and Willimantic in the boonies.

I cut and stacked a bunch of it today, loaned out the splitter so I did about 1/3 or 1/2 cord of 24" rounds from about 3" to 7". Cut up some of the bigger stuff to split but didn't bust my rear doing any of it yet. Little Bear's (Claira) birthday party is next Saturday so I'm going to try to get the moveable stuff done before we get a bunch of other peoples kids here.
