Harman Accentra Replacement Stub ... Gasket Only?

Good evening,

Re-piping and replacing the exhaust stub from the insert frame. Do I only put the gasket from Harman between the stub and frame or do I use the gasket and silicone on top/below the gasket underneath the stub?

but if you ever have to replace that gasket,
you will be mad at yourself for doing it.

Well I'm already mad at the previous installer's job ... so I'm trying to not repeat the same mistakes this time around.
