Please read the whole thread. In the last thread I attached a video of the auger moving and the slide plate goin in and out. I have a brand new auger motor. After I bought that stove still would not work. Bought a vacuum switch and the stove started up and heat for 7 days and nothing again. I have also bought a new combustion blower assuming that was 15 years old. Since than no fire at all.
I have cleaned out everything in there nook and cranny. I have taken the auger out as well as the shaft twice. I have taken the slide plate out twice.

I already blew in the air tube and it was totally clean from the vacuum switch. Just seems weird everything worked for 7 days when I replaced the vacuum switch. Below is a video showing the auger moving as well as the plate back in and out .
I'd take it apart if have not already. Is the plate free to move and the right side up? It does not seem to move in your video, but I don't know what normal is.
I found this post:

Yes, the auger and motor turn, but no pellet delivery
I wish you luck. Have never run across anything like this in 24 years
I would love to have a look at this stove in real time!

I wish you could come to NJ and help. But your response did help me mentally to know whatever is going on is crazy.
I am going to order another vacumm switch. I got it off amazon and now trying to return it. Because when i previously bought a vacumm switch everything turned on and things burned for 7 days beautifully! After that i guess i have to find a pellet stove repair person,.

Make sure your connection to the auger is secure and that its not just slipping on the end of the auger shaft.
If you bypass the pressure switch that should take it out of the equation. With the switch bypassed and the stove in test, shine a flashlight in through the glass and confirm the auger is actually turning.

The first few seconds you see the plate moving. Since i've never watched it before i'm not sure it should go that slow or go faster?

I really wish I understood how it works inside. I just got my stove new last year, so I have not had to work on it. I wish I could see a animation of how the pellet goes from the hopper to the auger. I have seen quite a few video's ect, but I'm not sure what could be wrong. Can you somehow turn the auger gear by hand while watching from above looking into the hopper and into the fines box? I think if you can learn exactly how it works you will solve the problem.

OMG I'm pretty sure i fixed it. You will never guess. The distibution blower was disgusting dirty. 15 years of grime with dogs in the house. I put my hand underneath and it was like pulling out a dishrag.. In my defence this part is on the bottom of the pellet stove. To change it the whole 300 lb stove has to come out of the railings and be tipped over. Right now it's been about 30m minutes everything is turning and pellets are dropping. Tomorrow will get a can of air and spray it as much as i can so i can use it for the winter, than will replace the part. Aww warmth..
Thanks so much to all of you for helping out a tech girl. Saved myself a lot of money! You don't know how much I appreciate all of your advice and support. Hopefully my post helps out someone else

I would not be able to make any correlation between the distribution blower and the pellet auger function. Vacuum switch yes, but we jumpered that to eliminate it. Do you remember the time you put a new vacuum switch in, and it worked for a week, but we don't know why? There is something strange going on with that feed system. Is it possible you are in there adjusting or cleaning ect and making some small difference you are not aware of? Oh well, keep us up to date.

I had the same situation. Everything turned but no pellets. Opened my side access plate and there was a lot of fines. More than I ever saw before. Also , there is a space in the hopper where yousee the slide. Some times you may get a jam there and not see it. With the stove unplugged, stick your finger in there and you can feel the space and maybe release stuck pellets. Thats when I found out it was important to clean out those fines..

thanks i had already done all of those things. I finally resolved it. The distribution blower is on the bottom of my stove. Hard to get at unless you take the stove out and turn over. It was totally gunked up with dirt and dog hair :) I'm nice and warm again!
