I am looking for equivalent auger motors at this website. I have harman P38 plus, manual light, from 2008.
(broken link removed to http://www.gleasonavery.com/catalog/pellet-corn-stove-motors.html)
Are Harman augers clockwise or counter clockwise? Model from Gleason?

I'm gonna venture a guess and say clockwise but it really don't matter what you get in the way of a drive (so long as the gearbox makes the required output rpm) because direction of rotation can be changed by reversing the laminations and that takes about 5 minutes and the appropriate sized Torx bit.

Just look at the plane of the auger. The direction the auger has to rotate to move pellets back to front will tell you.

If it's bassackwards you'll know right away as the pellets won't come out.................;lol
