One glass, may be defective. Two, no way. I would look at a warped or twisted door. I would get the dealer more involved, He changed the first glass so there is a paper trail started.

I took my door to the store tonight with the glass. They were perplexed and happen to be on the phone with Harman. Harman didn't have an explanation. I showed them the lip stick marks on my stove body from the retain clips. We duplicated the test with a display model and no marks showed up on the stove body. They pulled a door off a stove that had the TC take a crap after 2 weeks and gave it to me to take home. Burned for over an hour and no cracked glass. Oh yeah I tried the lipstick on the retainer clips and didn't show up on my stove body. Ready to fire it up again now.

Looks you are making headway and the dealer is trying to work with you. I would have them get a NEW door ordered for you.

Yeah he said run it a few days with the display model door and then they will try and get a replacement for me. Its running for the 2nd time tonight in temp mode and room is 70 degrees. Big fire. Only thing I don't like so far is the exhaust fan is loud. It is running pretty fast. The room air fans are very quiet. Not like a bad sound loud just like a very big fan.

Just an update. Ran the stove again last night probably for 2 hours and still have 1 piece of glass. Now I have to see if I can return the piece that I ordered online.
