Is there an adjustment on the heat sensor to turn it off at warmer temperature. Mine runs for 2 hours at least before it turns off. Stove is a month old. This is my third one and none of the others have taken this long. Not to mention it was on idle, so it wasn't very hot to begin with. Was running for 6 hours. I unplugged it after 2 hours of cooling down and plugged it right back in. And it ran for about 2 seconds then shut off.

What are your settings at?

And while I'm asking, is the seal on the door suppose to leak? I'm not getting any vacuum loss, just have to clean it every day. You'd think a brand new one wouldn't.

It works exactly the opposite. Sealed glass gets dirty. leaks stay clean, that's how air wash works

I'm running on idle. Room mode, ignitor off. Feed is 4. Temps on 1.

When you turn the ignitor off, that tells the stove to go to idle instead of shutting down when it reaches temperature. Turn the ignitor to on, and it will shut down until there is a call for heat.

your running room mode/manual... when ignitor switch is down,, stove will just idle in whats called Maint mode and just simmer your pellets away if no call for heat.. leave switch up.. stove will shut down after long call for No heat,
[you do have the thermostat wire attached to the back of stove I assume? that controls it all temp wise If u are using room/auto. switch up.

You need to learn the proper terms as outlined in the Harman posts in the sticky’s everyone has sent you multiple times…your new stove is operating properly from what you posted…your stove isn’t going to learn you…you need to learn your stove
